Trade media and Guests themselves gave IBB Andersia Hotel a number of prestigious awards for meeting highest standards and providing best service as a promoter of quality.
On a number of occasions we have received the Expedia Insiders’s Select Award which is given by a committee of the website representatives and hotel guests to hotels that meet highest standards and provide top quality services. That award is of great value to us, because its winners are selected from among only 1% of the best hotels in the world.
Our Hotel has also won the TOPHOTEL award twice in the most important category for us, namely Best Service. The award is given by Netmedia SA to the best hotel facilities in Poland selected by the users of the hotele.pl website. The award that we won in the Quality International competition for a few years in a row in the QI Services – Top Quality Services category is also a valuable token of appreciation. The award is given by the committee of representatives of the Ministry of Regional Development, Polish Agency for Enterprise Development, Polish ISO 9000 Forum and the editorial team of Dziennik Gazeta Prawna daily's Business Forum, who appreciated and rewarded our efforts to promote quality.
